El BPA \u00e9s un <strong>disruptor endocr\u00ed<\/strong> que cal evitar, que es despr\u00e8n de les parets pl\u00e0stiques de les llaunes de conserva i contamina el l\u00edquid de cobertura dels aliments conservats.<br \/>\n<!--more--><\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_119856\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-119856\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-119856\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/bisfenol-a.jpg\" alt=\"migraci\u00f3n de sustancias qu\u00edmicas\" width=\"1000\" height=\"667\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/bisfenol-a.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/bisfenol-a-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/bisfenol-a-630x420.jpg 630w, https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/11\/bisfenol-a-696x464.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-119856\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">123rf Limited\u00a9drmicrobe<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>El proc\u00e9s de regulaci\u00f3 del tipus d\u2019envasos que contaminen l\u2019aliment amb BPA ha estat molt lent. Et dir\u00e9 que amb lentitud exasperant. Primer va ser la retirada del mercat a la UE (2011), de biberons que estaven fets de policarbonat (PC). Van ser substitu\u00efts per biberons de polipropil\u00e8 (PP). M\u00e9s tard, el 2018, la prohibici\u00f3 de BPA en envasos per a aliments infantils. Dos anys m\u00e9s tard (2020) va arribar el torn als tiquets de caixa que fan servir paper t\u00e8rmic que no necessita tinta d\u2019impressi\u00f3 i que s\u00f3n font d\u2019exposici\u00f3 d\u00e8rmica a BPA, sobretot per al personal que toca quil\u00f2metres de paper cada dia.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s de moltes negociacions, per fi (\u00a1) el desembre del 2024 es va establir un calendari per a la retirada de les resines epoxi a les llaunes de conserva. Trenta anys per prendre aquesta decisi\u00f3. Imaginar\u00e0s que durant aquests <strong>30 anys que separen la den\u00fancia cient\u00edfica i la regulaci\u00f3 t\u00e8cnica<\/strong> s\u2019ha produ\u00eft una exposici\u00f3 a BPA a tota la poblaci\u00f3 consumidora de conserves enllaunades, d\u2019ampolles de PC d\u2019aigua a domicili, d\u2019envasos pl\u00e0stics, que ha tingut i t\u00e9 conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies greus sobre la seva salut. T\u2019asseguro que ha estat aix\u00ed. L\u2019evid\u00e8ncia \u00e9s clara. Si no ho fos, mai haurien procedit a la regulaci\u00f3 de la seva utilitzaci\u00f3. Ll\u00e0stima del temps perdut. Ll\u00e0stima la impunitat dels fabricants i l\u2019estupidesa dels encarregats de la regulaci\u00f3 i el control.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Alguns envasos dels aliments contribueixen a l\u2019exposici\u00f3 humana a contaminants t\u00f2xics<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>El desgraciat cas del BPA als envasos alimentaris \u00e9s el millor dels exemples per il\u00b7lustrar qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 passant amb un altre component dels pl\u00e0stics que est\u00e0 en contacte amb els aliments, ja sigui en envasat o en preparaci\u00f3, i que est\u00e0 cam\u00ed de convertir-se en <strong>un altre exemple de p\u00e8ssima gesti\u00f3, cobd\u00edcia i estupidesa humana<\/strong>. Em refereixo a la <strong>pres\u00e8ncia de compostos perfluorats (PFAS i PFOAS)<\/strong> a l\u2019aigua de beguda, als envasos alimentaris i als utensilis i parament de cuina. Segur que et sona l\u2019enrenou al voltant de les paelles antiadherents, aquelles que ara llueixen a les prestatgeries dels establiments com PFOA-Free. El mon\u00f2mer d\u2019aquest pol\u00edmer pl\u00e0stic \u00e9s una cadena de carbonis i fluor amb caracter\u00edstiques t\u00f2xiques molt particulars i preocupants, tant per la seva <strong>persist\u00e8ncia ambiental<\/strong>, atesa la seva degradaci\u00f3 molt dif\u00edcil, com per la seva<strong> toxicitat com a disruptor <\/strong>del teu metabolisme.<\/p>\n<p>La UE ha fet creu i ratlla als perfluorats i els ha qualificat com els \u201ccompostos qu\u00edmics eterns (<em>forever chemicals<\/em>) donada la seva resist\u00e8ncia a la degradaci\u00f3 i el seu afany a quedar-se dins del teu cos. Ja ho sabem&#8230; m\u00e9s edat, m\u00e9s perfluorats a la teva sang, m\u00e9s els homes que les dones, perqu\u00e8 la dona es neteja de perfluorats amb l\u2019embar\u00e0s i la lact\u00e0ncia. El patr\u00f3 cl\u00e0ssic dels compostos persistents. Ara, com recomponem aix\u00f2? Millor triar productes amb envasos de vidre<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Just aqu\u00ed volia arribar. Bisfenols com el BPA i perfluorats com a PFAS s\u00f3n dos bons exemples d\u2019\u00fas de materials de s\u00edntesi, derivats del petroli que <strong>sota el nom gen\u00e8ric de pl\u00e0stics<\/strong> han enva\u00eft el nostre ambient, el nostre organisme i les nostres vides en no m\u00e9s de 60 anys. Ara t\u2019alarmes amb les not\u00edcies di\u00e0ries sobre la pres\u00e8ncia de pl\u00e0stics sencers o fragmentats (micro i nanopl\u00e0stics) al medi ambient que t\u2019envolta, des de l\u2019oce\u00e0 a l\u2019aire de la teva ciutat, a l\u2019aigua de beguda embotellada en PET als aliments plastificats del supermercat. La substituci\u00f3 est\u00fapida de materials naturals i reutilitzables per nous materials d\u2019un sol \u00fas, amb qualitats excepcionals i amb una gesti\u00f3 de residu p\u00e8ssima contribueixen a dibuixar aquest nou escenari de superviv\u00e8ncia que est\u00e0s preparant per a les teves filles i fills. Crec que mai ens ho perdonaran.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019exposici\u00f3 humana a contaminants qu\u00edmics passa, fonamentalment, per via aliment\u00e0ria i t\u00e9 l\u2019origen en la producci\u00f3 i la gesti\u00f3 dels aliments. Els nous m\u00e8todes de producci\u00f3, distribuci\u00f3 i preparaci\u00f3 dels aliments han suposat un increment dels compostos qu\u00edmics que hi entren en contacte, de manera que aquests poden contenir subst\u00e0ncies qu\u00edmiques que no formen part de la seva composici\u00f3 estricta, sin\u00f3 que els han adquirit, per exemple, en el processament, l\u2019envasament i la preparaci\u00f3. Actualment, l\u2019envasament alimentari en pl\u00e0stic \u00e9s molt freq\u00fcent i causant de la migraci\u00f3 de compostos t\u00f2xics a aliments amb la conseg\u00fcent exposici\u00f3 humana a aquests a trav\u00e9s de l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3. A m\u00e9s, el pl\u00e0stic no es degrada f\u00e0cilment, pel que s\u2019acumula en forma de micro i nanopl\u00e0stics en ecosistemes marins i terrestres fent malb\u00e9 flora i fauna.<\/p>\n<h3>Qu\u00e8 hi pots fer?<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Compra al pes aliments l\u2019envasament dels quals no \u00e9s necessari.<\/li>\n<li>Prioritza els envasos m\u00e9s grans sobre les racions individuals.<\/li>\n<li>Porta a la compra la teva pr\u00f2pia bossa -si \u00e9s possible de tela per ser m\u00e9s sostenible, f\u00e0cilment rentable i permetre la transpiraci\u00f3 d\u2019aliments- i els teus envasos, preferiblement de vidre o met\u00e0l\u00b7lics.<\/li>\n<li>A casa utilitza ampolles, pots i envasos de vidre, sempre preferibles a qualsevol tipus de pl\u00e0stic, especialment els de policarbonat (PC).<\/li>\n<li>Recicla el poc pl\u00e0stic que facis servir i diposita\u2019l al contenidor groc.<\/li>\n<li>Exigeix la reducci\u00f3 del pl\u00e0stic a m\u00ednims als menjadors escolars.
