Necessitem espec\u00edficament 20 amino\u00e0cids diferents per mantenir les nostres estructures (m\u00fasculs, \u00f2rgans, tendons, cabell, etc.). D&#8217;aquests 20 amino\u00e0cids el nostre cos \u00e9s capa\u00e7 de sintetitzar-los tots menys 9, coneguts com a amino\u00e0cids essencials i que haurem d&#8217;obtenir a partir de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Quan parlem de fonts de<strong> prote\u00efna animal<\/strong> generalment parlem de fonts de prote\u00efna completa (perqu\u00e8 contenen tots els amino\u00e0cids essencials) i de m\u00e9s valor biol\u00f2gic. Mentre que quan parlem de <strong>prote\u00efna vegetal<\/strong> generalment parlem de prote\u00efna incompleta (perqu\u00e8 els manca algun amino\u00e0cid essencial o es troba en menor proporci\u00f3 de la necess\u00e0ria) i menor valor biol\u00f2gic.<\/p>\n<p>Tot i que les prote\u00efnes d&#8217;origen vegetal presentin aquests inconvenients, si es porta una alimentaci\u00f3 correcta, arribar a les quantitats di\u00e0ries necess\u00e0ries de prote\u00efna no ha de suposar un problema. El que \u00e9s important \u00e9s prendre una gran varietat d&#8217;aliments vegetals rics en prote\u00efnes al llarg del dia, i tenim moltes opcions per aconseguir-ho. Per aix\u00f2 i per tal d&#8217;augmentar-ne la biodisponibilitat, ser\u00e0 important fer els remullats i els tractaments adequats abans del seu consum.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00c9s necess\u00e0ria la suplementaci\u00f3?<\/h3>\n<p>Segons l&#8217;OMS, el consum de prote\u00efna diari hauria d&#8217;oscil\u00b7lar entre 0,8 i 1g de prote\u00efna per quilogram de pes al dia. Tot i que aquestes recomanacions augmenten en grups espec\u00edfics de poblaci\u00f3. De fet, en alguns estudis veiem com el consum \u00f2ptim de prote\u00efna se situa entre el 1,5 i 1,8 g\/kg de pes en poblaci\u00f3 esportista, en p\u00e8rdua de pes o en poblaci\u00f3 anciana o amb necessitats augmentades.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, encara que obtenir prote\u00efna a base de fonts vegetals \u00e9s una opci\u00f3 generalment assumible, \u00e9s cert que en algunes ocasions aquest macronutrient es pot veure comprom\u00e8s. Tant en esportistes, com en persones amb necessitats augmentades, incorporar suplements de prote\u00efna pot ser una bona alternativa ja que ens assegura una major biodisponibilitat, facilitat de transport, sacietat i una manera f\u00e0cil d&#8217;obtenir la quantitat de prote\u00efnes que necessitem.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Tant en esportistes com en persones amb necessitats augmentades, incorporar suplements de prote\u00efna pot ser una bona alternativa<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A l&#8217;hora d&#8217;escollir la millor font, el primer que haur\u00edem de fer \u00e9s fixar-nos en l&#8217;<strong>aminograma<\/strong> (la representaci\u00f3 esquem\u00e0tica de la composici\u00f3 d&#8217;amino\u00e0cids que cont\u00e9). Ja que una bona font de prote\u00efna vegetal hauria de contenir tots els amino\u00e0cids essencials en quantitats adequades. D&#8217;altra banda, en el cas de prote\u00efnes d&#8217;origen vegetal \u00e9s interessant buscar suplements que combinin dues o m\u00e9s fonts d&#8217;origen vegetal, ja que aix\u00f2 ens assegurar\u00e0 una aportaci\u00f3 correcta.
