Tot i aix\u00f2, algunes subst\u00e0ncies essencials per a l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 animal es produeixen avui dia en gran mesura amb OMG, la qual cosa suposa un repte per al sector ecol\u00f2gic a Europa. Entre elles hi ha, sobretot, les vitamines del grup B. En els darrers anys s&#8217;han realitzat esfor\u00e7os considerables, amb \u00e8xit, per a la producci\u00f3 de <strong>vitamina B2 o riboflavina sense OMG<\/strong> a Europa. Les ametlles tenen gran quantitat de riboflavina<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h2>Vitamines del grup B<\/h2>\n<p>Les vitamines del grup B s\u00f3n essencials per als vertebrats. S&#8217;originen principalment en els microorganismes, especialment en els llevats i els bacteris. Per tant, els animals remugants poden cobrir for\u00e7a b\u00e9 les seves necessitats de vitamines B a partir de la fermentaci\u00f3 microbiana al seu rumen, mentre que les aus de corral i els porcs depenen en gran mesura d&#8217;un subministrament amb els aliments. Les vitamines B tamb\u00e9 es poden afegir als pinsos amb components fermentats (per exemple, ensitjats; Witten i Aulrich, 2019) o mitjan\u00e7ant la recol\u00b7lecci\u00f3 de cucs i insectes, encara que aix\u00f2 t\u00e9 l\u00edmits estrets en els actuals sistemes d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 per a porcs i aus de corral tamb\u00e9, ja que es requereix una forta estandarditzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 al sector ecol\u00f2gic en la producci\u00f3 en massa per abastir l&#8217;ampli mercat.<\/p>\n<p>Per tant, fins ara han estat inevitables els additius corresponents als pinsos per a aus de corral i porcs, que han de ser produ\u00efts espec\u00edficament per al sector ecol\u00f2gic amb microorganismes lliures d&#8217;OMG. Carxofes, riques en vitamina B2 (riboflavina)<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h3>Lliure d&#8217;OMG, per\u00f2 cara<\/h3>\n<p>Un projecte de recerca de l&#8217;Institut de Recerca d&#8217;Agricultura Ecol\u00f2gica (FiBL) juntament amb un fabricant alemany de llevat ecol\u00f2gic ha estat finan\u00e7at pel Ministeri Federal d&#8217;Alimentaci\u00f3 i Agricultura per desenvolupar un producte de riboflavina lliure d&#8217;OMG i alimentat amb llevat i portar-lo al mercat. El projecte ha estat un \u00e8xit i el producte <strong>Ecovit R<sup>\u00ae<\/sup><\/strong> est\u00e0 disponible al mercat europeu des de la tardor de 2019. Es produeix a Alemanya segons les normes ecol\u00f2giques. La seva equival\u00e8ncia amb els productes convencionals de riboflavina ha estat provada per FiBL en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb el Centre de Recerca i Educaci\u00f3 Av\u00edcola de Kitzingen i documentada a diverses publicacions (Lambertz et al., 2020 i 2021; Thesing et al., 2021). En el marc del <strong>projecte RELACS1<\/strong>, finan\u00e7at per la UE, l&#8217;Institut Th\u00fcnen de Braunschweig tamb\u00e9 ha desenvolupat un altre proc\u00e9s amb qu\u00e8 es pot obtenir riboflavina a partir d&#8217;un cep de llevat no modificat, a fi de crear una altra alternativa potencial per al mercat de l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 animal. Aix\u00ed, Ecovit R<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0no ha de continuar sent un monopoli.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>La seguretat de la riboflavina convencional a base d&#8217;OMG deixa molt a desitjar<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>FiBL Su\u00efssa va comprovar, en el marc del projecte RELACS, si \u00e9s possible utilitzar als pinsos per a aus de corral<strong> dosis inferiors<\/strong> a les habituals a Europa sense que aix\u00f2 suposi riscos per a la salut dels animals o p\u00e8rdues de rendiment. En diversos assaigs de dosificaci\u00f3 controlada es va demostrar que <strong>un suplement de riboflavina<\/strong> de tres mil\u00b7ligrams per quilogram d&#8217;aliment per a les gallines ponedores i de quatre mil\u00b7ligrams per quilogram d&#8217;aliment per a les reproductores i els pollastres d&#8217;engreix <strong>\u00e9s suficient i no suposa cap risc per als animals<\/strong> (Leiber et al., 2022a i 2022b).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tant el producte Ecovit R<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> com una assignaci\u00f3 m\u00e0xima de quatre mil\u00b7ligrams de riboflavina per quilo d&#8217;aliment per a aus de corral es poden aplicar a la pr\u00e0ctica, sense suposar cap risc<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_70790\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-70790\" style=\"width: 1000px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-70790\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/riboflavina-3.jpg\" alt=\"riboflavina \" width=\"1000\" height=\"687\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/riboflavina-3.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/riboflavina-3-768x528.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/riboflavina-3-218x150.jpg 218w, https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/riboflavina-3-696x478.jpg 696w, https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/riboflavina-3-611x420.jpg 611w, https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/riboflavina-3-100x70.jpg 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-70790\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">123rfLimited\u00a9davit85<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<h4>Llarg proc\u00e9s d&#8217;aprovaci\u00f3<\/h4>\n<p>En altres pa\u00efsos europeus, per\u00f2, la situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil. Actualment, Ecovit R<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>\u00a0no s&#8217;utilitza enlloc de la UE als pinsos compostos per a aus de corral. Hi ha diverses raons per fer-ho. En primer lloc, que la situaci\u00f3 oficial d&#8217;Ecovit R<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> a la UE encara no \u00e9s del tot clara. At\u00e8s que no es tracta d&#8217;una riboflavina a\u00efllada, sin\u00f3 d&#8217;un producte de llevat ric en riboflavina, es podria <strong>considerar com un pinso d&#8217;un sol ingredient<\/strong> que no tindria m\u00e9s obstacles per ser aprovat. No obstant aix\u00f2, els representants dels Estats membres de la UE al Comit\u00e8 Permanent de Plantes, Animals, Aliments i Pinsos de la Comissi\u00f3 Europea (ScoPAFF) no es van poder posar d&#8217;acord, ja que alguns pa\u00efsos insisteixen que Ecovit R<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> ha de classificar-se com a additiu per a pinsos. Per aix\u00f2, el producte hauria de passar per un llarg i cost\u00f3s procediment d&#8217;autoritzaci\u00f3 a l&#8217;Autoritat Europea de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria (EFSA).<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Alguns pa\u00efsos insisteixen que Ecovit R<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> s&#8217;ha de classificar com a additiu per a pinsos<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h4>La ind\u00fastria vacil\u00b7la a fer una declaraci\u00f3 clara<\/h4>\n<p>Per tant, la situaci\u00f3 \u00e9s relativament poc clara actualment i planteja una q\u00fcesti\u00f3 important: Fins a quin punt es pren seriosament la ind\u00fastria l&#8217;abs\u00e8ncia d&#8217;OMG en els processos de producci\u00f3 anteriors? Si les associacions nacionals i internacionals, aix\u00ed com les f\u00e0briques de pinsos i el comer\u00e7,<strong> adopten una clara posici\u00f3 conjunta a favor de les vitamines per a pinsos sense OMG i acorden unes regles de joc vinculants<\/strong>, l&#8217;acord pol\u00edtic i els costos semblen manejables.<\/p>\n<p>Amb els productes de llevat es disposa de<strong> fonts hol\u00edstiques, regionals i ecol\u00f2giques de riboflavina<\/strong>, mentre que la seguretat de la riboflavina convencional a base d&#8217;OMG deixa molt a desitjar (Rychen et al., 2018), tamb\u00e9 hi ha veritables raons de qualitat que parlen clarament a favor de la riboflavina ecol\u00f2gica.
