The Congress opens with remarks from the Polish Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development<\/strong>, setting the tone for a packed programme of action-oriented dialogue. Throughout the Congress, attendees will hear from Herbert Dorfmann<\/strong>, Member of the European Parliament and key figure in the AGRI Committee, who will delve into the evolving Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) and what it means for organic. Meanwhile, Luis Carazo Jimenez<\/strong>, Head of the Organics Unit at DG AGRI (European Commission), will shed light on the ongoing simplification of the EU Organic Regulation and what\u2019s coming next.<\/p>\n
