On <\/span>6-8 October 2026<\/b>, Cork, Ireland, will become the meeting point for Europe’s organic movement as policymakers, farmers, researchers, businesses and civil society representatives gather for the <\/span>European Organic Congress 2026 (EOC2026)<\/b>.<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n

Organised by <\/span>IFOAM Organics Europe<\/span><\/a> in collaboration with <\/span>Ireland’s Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine<\/span><\/a> and the <\/span>Irish Organic Association<\/span><\/a>, this year’s Congress will take place under the theme <\/span>“Organics: A Strategic Investment in Europe’s Resilience.”<\/b><\/p>\n

The discussions in Cork will build on the special <\/span>Preview of the European Organic Congress<\/b><\/a>, that took place on 23 June in Brussels. Bringing together more than <\/span>200 high-level participants<\/b>, the Congress will explore how organic farming can strengthen Europe’s resilience, competitiveness and food security in the years ahead.<\/span><\/p>\n

The farm is recognised for pioneering innovative approaches that align with the ambitions of the European Organic Congress.<\/span><\/li>\n
    • Ballymaloe Cookery School (County Cork)<\/b> \u2013 internationally renowned for teaching sustainable food production and cooking since 1983. Certified organic since 1996, Ballymaloe produces nearly 50 varieties of organic vegetables alongside organic dairy products and eggs, offering visitors a unique insight into organic farming, education and food culture.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
