Free From Food & Health Ingredients<\/strong> returns to Barcelona on June 8 and 9, 2022. The 9th edition of the leading international fair on Free From, Vegan, Organic, Functional and Healthy Food Ingredient Solutions will take place at the Gran V\u00eda Fira de Barcelona <\/strong>venue.<\/p>\n

Through its storefronts and\u00a0its unique and extensive approach, Free From Food & Health Ingredients<\/strong> will introduce professionals around the world to the latest product innovations, as well as the latest trends and predictions on Free From, Vegan, Organic, Functional and Healthy Food Ingredient Solutions.<\/p>\n

“Awareness and perceptions of functional and ‘free from’ food are growing positively, reflected in an increase in their demand. We look forward to pleasing our high-end visitors with the active presence of hundreds of pioneering international brands and industry experts during the busy two-day conference program”, says Ronald Holman<\/strong>, Events Director of EBC Expo<\/strong>, the organizing company.<\/p>\n

The 2022 edition presents a new format which offers visitors a more complete experience<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

A renewed format<\/h2>\n

Free From Food & Health Ingredients’ program evolved in past editions (2015, 2017 and 2019). Therefore, in addition to having a multitude of activities, the 2022 edition presents a new format which offers high-caliber visitors a more complete experience.<\/p>\n

Conference schedule<\/h3>\n

All those attending the fair will have free access to the lectures and conferences given by experts. The new edition will present an agenda full of keynote talks and seminars on topics: retail, vegan and plant-based product talks and also sustainable packaging<\/strong>. These conferences will be held twice a day during the event.<\/p>\n

Networking & International Matchmaking<\/h4>\n

Networking meetings and personalized roundtables<\/strong> will also be present during the event. Within the framework of the ‘Meet the expert’ activities, professionals will be able to organise personalized sessions with the aim of discussing the main sector’s issues. The roundtables will have a capacity for five guests and will be organized by leading figures in the sector. An appointment will be required.<\/p>\n

B2B meetings among professionals and potential international partners are one of the most anticipated activities. Therefore, the Enterprise Europe Network<\/strong>\u00a0will organize meetings between commercial, strategic and technological partners in the sector.<\/p>\n

Brand new areas<\/h4>\n

New professional spaces will be created, such as the new V-label Area<\/strong>, an exclusive showcase of certified vegan brands organized by Pro-Veg International<\/strong> and V-label Netherlands<\/strong>. There will also be new international projection pavilions<\/strong>, where some free brands from countries around the world such as Austria, Bolivia, Chile, Finland, Korea, Scotland and Poland, will be exhibited.<\/p>\n

At the same time, visitors will benefit from the presence of brands and experts from the biodegradable and the sustainable packaging sector: the Free From Expo Packaging <\/strong>will also be hosted at the venue during the same dates.<\/p>\n

Participation and pre-registration<\/h3>\n

The 9th edition of Free From Food & Health Ingredients<\/strong> is expected to gather in Barcelona 8,500 visitors and 350 professionals from the sector (including producers, manufacturers and key figures from the global industry). The pre-registration process will open in January 2022<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
