This partnership will allow for the maintenance and strengthening of synergies, particularly in the use of raw materials from the EcorNaturaS\u00ec ecosystem and the shared logistics located in Bologna.<!--more--><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-93512 aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/ecornaturasi-biotobio-principal.jpg\" alt=\"EcorNaturaSi BiotoBio\" width=\"778\" height=\"201\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/ecornaturasi-biotobio-principal.jpg 778w, https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/ecornaturasi-biotobio-principal-768x198.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.bioecoactual.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/08\/ecornaturasi-biotobio-principal-696x180.jpg 696w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 778px) 100vw, 778px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>At the same time, <strong>100% of the shares of Biotobio Ib\u00e9rica have been transferred from Biotobio to EcorNaturaS\u00ec<\/strong>. The Spanish and Portuguese markets remain strategic for the EcorNaturaS\u00ec group. For this reason, Biotobio Ib\u00e9rica has been integrated into the group\u2019s mother company. Biotobio Ib\u00e9rica will continue to develop its two main activities: distribution and logistics platform services for the Bioconsum and NaturaS\u00ec store networks in Spain.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;We will continue our distribution of organic food brands in Spain and Portugal, both international and national brands. In particular, it is important to highlight that we have renewed the exclusive distribution rights for La Finestra sul Cielo for Spain and Portugal, as well as maintaining our distribution activity with other brands such as Voelkel, Quinua Real, Alce Nero, Slendier, Vivani, Ichoc, Iris, and Germinal, among others. In September, we will strengthen our distribution catalog with new brands.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Biotobio Ib\u00e9rica will continue its growth process as a<strong> logistics platform for the development of the Bioconsum and NaturaS\u00ec retail projects in Spain<\/strong>. This project aims to integrate independent stores in the specialized organic channel into the same ecosystem, offering them services to improve their profitability.
