Mary Allen will discuss the top trends, insights and opportunities that are currently driving interest and sales in natural and organic CPG foods, beverage, and healthy living categories. This session about <strong>\u201cNudging Organic\u201d<\/strong> will highlight the international project that is pioneering new ways to influence consumer behaviour towards organic products through subtle yet effective nudging techniques.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Nudging Organic: Inspiring Strategies from Finland and Sweden to Drive Sustainable Consumption<\/strong> will take place on October 10 &#8211; 10:30 AM &#8211; 11:15 AM.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lastly, KRAV\u2019s CEO Emma Rung will reveal her thoughts about the future of the organic market and what trends we see now and going forward.
