It is a symbolic representation of the awards community\u2019s commitment to inspire a more sustainable beauty industry.<\/p>\n<p>At the heart of the new design lies a totem structure, an emblem of <strong>strength<\/strong>, <strong>unity<\/strong>, and <strong>progression<\/strong>.
