“Awareness and perceptions for free-from and functional foods are positively growing, reflecting in an increase in their demand. Each edition is again attracting more and more highly qualified professionals focused on buying and influencing the Retail, Food Service, Catering and Bio Retail chains. “In order to strengthen healthy lifestyle claims on products, trade shows make connections between buyer and supplier to keep up with this demand”, says Ronald Holman.

To meet the professional’s demands, the 2022 edition comes with structural novelties.
