Mima Terra will participate in the Middle East Organic & Natural Product Expo Dubai, scheduled to take place from 18 to 20 November at the Dubai World Trade Centre. The Spanish company specializing in organic Mediterranean infusions will present its artisanal and organic blends at the Spanish pavilion.
Crafting Mediterranean Infusions
Mima Terra produces handcrafted infusions from spices, fruits, organic teas and local products such as aromatic herbs from a farm in Son Durí de Vilafranca, Mallorca.
From the harvesting and drying of the herbs (based on biodynamic agriculture) to the final packaging and labelling, the selection and production process is entirely handcrafted and organic, trying as far as possible to preserve the natural state of the leaves, flowers and other ingredients, all without additives or essences.

The result is a collection of delicate and intense combinations, without additives, crafted for modern and discerning palates—all certified organic.
Infusions inspired by special places in Mallorca
The blends are inspired by various places in the Balearic Islands, mainly Mallorca, which imparts that particular characteristic of Mediterranean flavours and aromas with fruity and citrus notes, and some more exotic elements from the spices.
«From the first blends, for our Mediterranean infusions we have chosen Hierbaluisa as a base, an aromatic plant of South American origin, with citrus and fresh notes, enables our combinations possible, bearing in mind the environment it needs to grow and develop its virtues. We also include a selection of aromatic herbs typical of Mallorca, featured in its gardens, in its gastronomy and in its traditional drinks», Mima Terra explains.

Their catalogue includes infusions such as Banyalbufar, a fusion between the sea and the mountains, made with the best organic ingredients: lemon verbena, rosemary, lemon balm, sage, lavender, orange blossom, ginger, orange and star anise.
Inspired by the world of Ayurveda with hints of Indonesia, the Balance infusion is designed to stimulate the senses and take you on an imaginary journey through the eastern world.
Mima Terra was born in 2013 to offer organic infusions at markets and fairs in Mallorca. Expanding its reach, the brand is now opening up to international markets.
