The signing formalizes the agreement for Tradin Organic to acquire 100% of Citromil, a citrus processing facility based in Murcia, Spain, Europe’s leading citrus-growing regions. As a well-established producer of organic citrus ingredients, Citromil brings decades of experience and strong capabilities in juices, concentrates, and essential oils.
This milestone represents the next step in building a more connected value chain, linking sourcing, processing, and end markets more closely, and further strengthening Tradin Organic’s position in the citrus category.
