A new chapter for OPTA Europe started at the 2026 General Assembly, held in Brussels on 24 September, when a new Board was elected for a three-year mandate.

Re-elected President Stefan Hipp said he was honoured to be taking the presidency again and was looking forward to tackling the regulatory and practical challenges for organic trading and processing companies ahead.
OPTA Europe is the membership organisation representing the interests of European organic processing and trading companies.
