OPTA Europe, in collaboration with Eurofins, is organising the webinar «Food Contaminants – zoom on organics». This webinar will explore legal requirements and provide state-of-the-art operational information on food contaminants. The session will be held online on 5 July from 10-11 a.m. (CEST).
The seminar will include global data and trends on food contaminants which are riskier for organic products (versus conventional) such as pyrrolizidine and tropane alkaloids. The webinar will also look at trends for emerging topics: MOSH, MOAH, POSH, PAO, PFAS.
