The first ORGANIC trade show in Poland: Visit BIOEXPO Warsaw 2019

The premiere of the BIOEXPO Warsaw International Food and Non-Food Organic Products Trade Fair will open a new era for the bio industry in Poland and Central and Eastern Europe. From 11th till 13th of October 2019, Ptak Warsaw Expo become the capitol of ecology and during that time the largest event for BIO industry will take place in Nadarzyn near Warsaw in Poland. Everything will be in BIO, ECO, ORGANIC and natural quality, FAIRTRADE, DEMETER.

In Poland, there are nearly 1,000 specialist stores with organic products, all large area stores have entire sections with food and organic products, more and more often you can find snacks or drinks in bio quality at gas stations, also in chemist`s, herbal shops or pharmacies we will find this type of products. Sales in the e-commerce channel are also developing very dynamically, which does not exclude the existence of bazaars, marketplaces or purchasing cooperatives. Supporters of high-quality food can increasingly meet this type of product in restaurants, although at HoReCa there is still a lot of work to make ecology become the norm.

BIOEXPO Warsaw is a new event in Poland dedicated to the food and organic products industry, which is an ideal promotion tool for the entire bio products sector. Participation in this year’s edition confirmed nearly 200 companies from Poland, Italy, Germany, the Netherlands, Greece, Ukraine, Sri Lanka or Bangladesh – offering a wide range of interesting products and solutions that will be presented in the six thematic zones: food & drink, beauty & cleaning, biolife, ekotech, bioagro and supporting bodies. Manufacturers and distributors will only provide the certified products.

During the fair, in one place and time, leading producers and distributors of organic food and products will meet with buyers, representatives of retail chains, owners of specialty stores, representatives of food and multi-branch wholesalers, in a convenient atmosphere, to establish and develop business contacts and discuss about current condition of the industry and prospects for its development.

In the Hosted Buyers programme, which will take place as part of the fair, over 100 buyers from abroad who are interested in importing Polish products have confirmed their participation. At the disposal of our exhibitors and business visitors we have a dedicated platform for arranging meetings corresponding to the preferences of both sides, as well as an intimate space for conversations – says Agata Szczepaniak, Project Director of BIOEXPO Warsaw – location of our center, in the vicinity of the international airport, 15 minutes by car from the center of Warsaw makes the fair willingly participate in decision-making persons in the field of shopping from the trade, FMCG and HoReCa sectors.

Everyone visiting the Fair who is professionally associated with the bio-food industry and organic products will also have the opportunity to participate in the three-day BIOEXPO Congress, during which the subject of agriculture and organic food will be comprehensively addressed to the audience. What is more during the Congress will be touched on the aspects connected with the natural cosmetics and cleaning products. Experts and practitioners will also discuss about health, the threats that consumer civilization brings to our planet and many other topics. The latest trends will be presented in the NOVELTY ZONE where exhibitors will show their selected products and visitors will choose the best from them. A dedicated Job Center will be available to both exhibitors and visitors, where you will learn how to write your CV correctly, how to perform a perfect self-presentation, as well as submit your CV and find your dream job in the organic sector. Exhibitors will report their needs.

The organizers also invite consumers who will find the most attraction for themselves on Sunday (the 13th of October 2019) the last day of BIOEXPO Warsaw. That day, the ambassadors of an ecological lifestyle: Katarzyna Bosacka, Mama Alergika Gotuje and Grzegorz Łapanowski will talk, cook, advise and convince the consumers to change their eating habits and lifestyle by excluding conventional products in favor of those in BIO, ORGANIC, ECO, DEMETER, FAIRTRADE quality. On Sunday you will also be able to learn from Mariusz Budowski (Rejuvenation on the Raw) what products you should eat to preserve health and youth for many years. You will also have possibility to make shopping at the BioBazar Special Edition, eat BIO brunch, drink organic drinks. The School on a Fork Foundation invites you to cook together – the owners has been working for a good nutrition for years, showing children how to eat healthy and tasty.
