Exports of Spanish organic products in Dubai

The event provides an excellent platform for companies to promote their products and build business relationships with potential buyers across the Gulf. In this regard, Spain is among the leading exporters of natural and organic products in the Middle East and North Africa. According to data from 2021, agricultural exports to the UAE were valued at $156.37 million.

The webinar “Discovering Europe’s real organic treasure”, held on 26 April and focused on Spanish organic exports to Dubai, was well attended and provided participants with valuable information to address the opportunities, growth, trends and challenges of the organic and natural industry in the Middle East and Africa.

As Miguel Ángel Povedano, member of the Board of Directors of Middle East Organic & Natural and panelist in the webinar, points out, the Middle East Organic & Natural Market presents significant opportunities and challenges for Spanish companies. Spanish companies looking to enter the Middle East Organic & Natural Market must navigate the complex product registration process, build strong distribution networks, and differentiate themselves in a highly competitive market. However, with the increasing demand for organic and natural products in the region, growing e-commerce sales, and a focus on sustainability, Spanish companies have ample opportunities to establish a strong presence in the Middle East.
